Light Roast Coffees
Welcome to the Light side of coffee. When we light roast coffee, we ensure that the natural flavor profile of the bean shines through. Every origin from which our beans were grown has a unique flavor profile that distinguishes it from other regions (similar to wine grapes that are used to make wine). Our Ethiopia is a good example of a coffee bean that has a strong "floral" front to it and often has a natural blueberry of strawberry flavor to it. If we were to dark roast this coffee, it would destroy that flavor profile almost entirely.
