How do I sign up for the rewards program?
Signing up is free and easy! If you have already established an account with us, you are already pre-enrolled to receive rewards.
For new members simply create an account by entering your full name, email, and password. Once you are enrolled, you will automatically earn 100 points to kick off your rewards earning journey.
What are the advantages of signing up for rewards?
Members will have the opportunity to receive points by purchasing products, submitting product reviews, and by inviting others to shop with us, making it easy to enjoy rewards faster! Additionally, members will enjoy birthday benefits, access to our newsletter, special promotions, and rewards for social media interaction.
Note that Shipping costs and tax amounts are not included when calculating reward points earned.
Rewards are our way of thanking you for drinking our coffee and being a loyal customer. Our coffee farmers also thank you for helping us brew a better future.
Where can I find my rewards account information?
The rewards bubble in the bottom right corner of the website is your go-to guide for managing rewards points and unlocking exclusive perks!
Here, you can check your points balance, view available rewards, explore ways to earn more points, refer friends, and review your account activity—all in one convenient spot!
Does it cost anything to join the rewards program?
Signing up is entirely free, and you will never be charged to earn points. Simply visit the rewards page and register to begin!
If I already have an account, do I need to create a new account to earn rewards?
We’ve got you covered! If you had a pre-existing account with us, you have automatically been enrolled in our rewards program.
If you had multiple accounts with us using the same email address, note that only one rewards account was created per person.
Earning and Redeeming Points
How do I earn points?
There are plenty of simple and easy ways to earn points in our rewards program. When you sign up, you’ll immediately receive points to kickstart your rewards journey. You’ll also earn points every time you make a coffee purchase–shop more, earn more! Plus, rack up points by following on Instagram, liking us on Facebook, and even writing reviews on your favorite products. Lastly, share your birthday details with us, and we’ll gift you some points to celebrate you on your special day! Get started today and enjoy all the perks of being a rewards member!
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points is quick and hassle-free! Start by clicking the rewards bubble in the bottom right corner of the website and selecting ‘Ways to Redeem’. Here, you will find your available rewards and your progress toward future rewards. Once you’ve found a reward you’d like to claim, click ‘Redeem’ next to it. A slider will appear, allowing you to choose how many points to use. After selecting the amount, click “Redeem" to generate your discount code. Simply copy the code and paste it at checkout to apply your savings.
If you’ve already redeemed a reward but haven’t used the code yet, you can find the code under the ‘Your Rewards’ tab in the rewards bubble. It’s that simple to turn your points into discounts!
How do points work?
In our rewards program, every 40 points you earn equals $1. Once you’ve accumulated at least 200 points, you can redeem them for dollar-value discount codes to use on future purchases.
Earn points by creating an account, shopping with us, writing reviews, celebrating your birthday, and following our social media accounts. To see how many points each activity earns, check out the panels on our rewards page. Start earning today and enjoy great savings with every purchase!

Can I redeem points on my subscription orders?
Yes, you can apply a discount code to your subscription orders! Our system allows you to use one code—whether it’s a rewards code or a promo code—alongside your 10% subscription discount. To do this, simply log in to your subscription order portal, where you can enter and apply your code. To access your subscription order portal access https://desertsuncoffee.com/a/subscriptions/login and login.
If you are a customer with a subscription order, you will also receive an email notification three days before your next order is processed. This email also provides you with the opportunity to view your subscription order information, edit your upcoming order, and apply the discount code before it’s placed. Please note that only one discount code can be used per subscription order.
Additionally, some individual promotions cannot be combined with your 10% subscription discount or any other discounts. Be sure to check the terms of the promotion before applying a code to your order.
How do I get my birthday reward?
Happy Birthday! To claim your birthday reward, simply head to the rewards bubble in the bottom right corner of the website and select ‘Ways to Earn.’ From there, locate ‘Celebrate a Birthday’ and click ‘Edit Date’ next to it. A screen will pop up where you can enter your birthday (month and day). Once you’ve entered your details, click ‘Save Date’ to save it in our system. Your birthday reward will be sent to you on your special day! Please note, you must add your birthday at least one month in advance to receive your reward this year. If it’s entered too late, your reward will not be available until next year.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You will receive rewards points for all coffee purchases made since January 24, 2025!
Will I be able to use my rewards points at a store?
Rewards points are valid for online use only.
Can I redeem more than one rewards coupon on a single order?
Yes! You are welcome to stack multiple rewards coupons on a single order, allowing you to maximize your savings. However, rewards coupons cannot be combined with any other limited-time promotional codes or sales discounts that Desert Sun Coffee may be promoting. Be sure to double check the terms and conditions of any future promotional offers from Desert Sun Coffee to see if these restrictions apply.
Rewards Program Limitations
Do points expire?
Good news, your rewards points never expire!
Once you earn points in the rewards program, they’re yours to keep. You can save them up and redeem them whenever you choose. There’s no rush, so take your time to use your points in a way that works best for you!
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Fantastic news, there is no limit to the amount of rewards points you can earn! That’s one of the best perks of being a rewards member. You’ll always have opportunities to earn more points—whether by shopping with us, engaging with our brand online or on social media, or by sharing the stoke with friends!
Troubleshooting
Why didn't I earn points on my purchase?
To earn points for your purchases, you need to be logged into your rewards account. Make sure you were signed in and didn't accidentally check out as a guest. If you made a purchase as a guest by mistake, reach out to us at sales@desertsuncoffee.com, and we'll help apply the points to your account. Please note that if an order is returned or canceled, you won't receive points for that purchase. Additionally, any points earned on returned orders will be deducted from your points balance.
My points are missing, where did they go?
No need to worry–your points haven’t gone anywhere! When you use your points to purchase a discount code, your point balance will decrease according to the amount of points used. The code will then appear in “Your Rewards” in the rewards bubble. The best part? Your discount codes never expire, so you can use them whenever it’s most convenient for you! Referrals
How does the referral program work?
Our referral program makes it easy to share the stoke! You can refer a friend directly through the rewards bubble via X, email, or Facebook. If you prefer another method, simply copy your unique referral link and share it on the platform of your choice.
When your friend clicks the link, they will need to accept the offer, then claim their reward by entering their email.
After that, they will receive an email containing their $5 off discount code, which they can copy and apply at checkout. Once they complete their first purchase, your $5 off coupon code will automatically appear in the “Your Rewards’ section in the rewards bubble.
What are all the ways to share the stoke?
There are endless ways to share the stoke! Copy and paste your link to mass share on your social media platforms, include it in an email chain, send it via text, or even print it out and share it in person. Get creative–every share is a chance to earn more rewards!
What is the reward for referring someone?
Refer a friend, and you will receive a $5 off coupon code once they complete their first purchase. Plus, they’ll enjoy $5 off of their first order as a welcome gift!
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There’s no limit to how many people you can refer–we truly appreciate you sharing the stoke! Keep spreading the word and enjoying the rewards!
What if the referral link isn't working?
If your referral link isn’t working, there may be a typo in the URL–try using the copy button to the right of the link to ensure it’s entered correctly.
If you were referred by a friend and their link isn’t working, keep in mind that if you’ve previously checked out as a guest or entered your email with us in any way, our system already recognizes your email, and you won’t be able to use the referral link.
