What is Peak Reserve?
Exceptional Quality
Peak Reserve encompasses the most premium coffee available from our farming communities. Each offering is a uniquely roasted micro batch crafted with meticulous attention to detail and quality. The quality of these beans is a substantial step above most of the coffee available on the market.
Peak Freshness | Amazing Flavor
As a microroaster, we are already providing you with super fresh coffee every week. We don't keep stockpiles of roasted coffee sitting in a warehouse for weeks or months as many macro roasters do. This is why we aren't ashamed to hand write our roast dates on every bag.
Beyond Limited
When we say incredibly limited, in many cases this means there were only 5-10 bags of green coffee produced (each bag is 142 pounds of coffee). We call these micro or nano lots. This also means that additional care and attention were brought to every coffee bean in order to achieve the highest quality possible.
