Canned Coffee - Peru Single Origin

We are super excited to release our canned coffee. Made from a single origin organic fair trade coffee from Peru, it's sugar free and absolutely delicious. Can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated for those hot summer days. Great for mixing into your daily power drink. 

Brewed in a "rapid chill method" where we brew and reduce the temperature from 140ºF to 40ºF in around 60 seconds. This method keeps the flavor preserved and quality high. 

This is not the same as cold brew because it's brewed hot, but we are finding that this method of rapid chill preserves the more fruity and floral notes than compared with cold brew.

The cans do not have to be refrigerated. Ideal storage conditions however are 65º degrees and under. The cans are 12 months shelf stable from brew date. There is a "best by" date on the bottom of each can.
