Our Current Microlot Selection: Peru Natural Geisha - Microlot grown by Home Gayoso

This natural processed Geisha from Peru is a vibrant and complex coffee that showcases the best qualities of both its variety and origin. Grown by Homer Alarcon Gayoso on his farm in the San Jose del Alto district in the province of Jaen in northern Peru.  This coffee offers a delightful sensory experience with its clean, sweet profile reminiscent of ripe summer fruits.     

This coffee presents a symphony of flavors, with prominent notes of blackberry and peach complemented by delicate floral undertones. Its natural processing method enhances the coffee's inherent sweetness and fruitiness, resulting in a rich and juicy mouthfeel. This Peruvian Geisha embodies the essence of its terroir, delivering a coffee that is both exotic and approachable, perfect for those seeking a unique and memorable brewing experience.

From the roaster: I am extremely excited to introduce our new line of incredibly exceptional coffees.  Through our long term partnerships with farming cooperatives of various regions in Africa, we have been offered access to some of the world's finest coffees. These are award winning coffees that have been cultivated with craft and care by people who have a deep connection with their land.  We are delighted to be able to support these farmers in their efforts to produce coffees that truly stand out above the rest.  Since these coffees are so special, we felt that they deserved to be recognized as such with a new package and a new line we are calling Peak Reserve.   We will be roasting these coffees to bring out all of their distinct characteristics, and we hope that you will enjoy them as much as we do.
