Perfectly Balanced Gem

I have been a huge Desert Sun fan for quite a while and have had almost every bean they produce. This year's crop (10/2018) is one of the finest ever produced of this varietal. It tastes more like a light roast (which I prefer) and is sweet and perfectly balanced. The acidity is perfect and the flavor goes on and on. This is what coffee is supposed to be! Great job!

Nice alternative to Piura Gold

My favorite coffee is Piura Gold from Peru. When it is not available, this is my back up. It is very smooth with no bitterness. I prefer a light roast coffee, but this is a wonderful medium roast alternative. I look forward to getting up in the morning because I know this coffee is waiting for me!
