How Do Subscriptions Work?

We’re thrilled to announce Desert Sun is now offering subscriptions for all of our coffees. It’s really easy to get signed up–and the best part? It’s the most convenient way to get our organic, fair trade coffees delivered directly to your door.

Here’s how to get started.

First, find your favorite coffee and choose your preferred weight and grind preference. Then, look for the following box:

Choose your preferred delivery interval. We currently offer every 15 days and every 30 days. Go ahead and click “add to cart.”

If you’d like to add other items to your subscription, click around the site and follow the previous steps until you’re ready to checkout. Head to your cart by clicking the “My Cart” button on the top right of the page.

It’s simple–just like any other purchase.

Double check the items in your cart. Note: your discount will not show in the cart. Please proceed to checkout to view your discount.

Add your contact information and continue to shipping, just like a normal purchase. Once you choose your shipping option, continue to payment. Add your payment information and click “Pay Now”

What now?

Within a few minutes of your purchase, you’ll receive an email that details the subscription you chose. Here’s an example.

Click the “View Subscription” button, which will allow you to edit or delete your subscription.

Note: we don't auto-charge for your subscription. You'll get an email before your next shipment with a reminder to pay for your order. Make sure to proceed and pay manually, that way we can fulfill your order in a timely manner.
